IMPLEMENTATION OF SUPERVISION AND SELF-EVALUATION OF SCHOOLS WITH PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS

Supervision and evaluation of school principals is an important thing that must be improved so teacher performance becomes even better. Therefore, this thesis discusses the relationship between implementation supervision self-evaluation with at Junior High School Serang city. The research was conducted aim knowing performance. To achieve goal, descriptive analysis used. study on state teachers in city a sample 69 221 population. Furthermore, to analyze variables, quantitative approach used correlation design results showed (1) There significant 5.386 indicators implementation, targeting, application principles, use techniques, follow-p plans for supervision, as well rewards warnings; (2) 8,295 planning, development school-based management; (3) significantly related by 72% professional competence, pedagogic social personality competence.
